Shipping, Delivery, and Refund Policy

All orders are baked-to-order. We are currently offering local deliveries in Ventura County, California of our full menu, and Nationwide shipping of our cookies and brownies.

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING (Cookies and Brownies only)

$14 flat rate shipping fee added at checkout

Goodies are shipped out every Tuesday, for orders placed by midnight PST the Sunday prior. Orders placed after Sunday will be sent Tuesday of the following week.

 

Packages are sent USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-4 business days.

LOCAL “CONTACTLESS” DELIVERIES (Full Menu to Ventura County only)

All orders placed require a 48-hour turnaround and are available for contactless delivery. 

Specific Times: Even though the ordering page requires a specific delivery time, we are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. We apologize for any inconvenience. If a specific time is needed for your delivery, contact us at honeyatthehive@outlook.com or you may request a time frame in the "Special requests" box when ordering.

Delivery Times: Normal delivery times are 10AM-5PM .  No deliveries are made on Sunday, Monday, or Holidays.

For large orders over 4 dozen, contact us for additional delivery options.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

REFUNDS

All desserts are prepared and baked to order, so we do not offer refunds. However, we love our customers, so if you are not happy with your purchase, please give us a call at 805-604-5515 or email honeyandthehive@outlook.com and let us know how we can better serve you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS  

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so at least by 48-hours ahead of your scheduled delivery. Since all products are baked to order, we will not be able to refund your purchase if it is canceled after 48-hours before your scheduled delivery.
